The Architecture Crew - Fundamental - London 2006

The Architecture Crew is a new project for young people aged 13-19 who live or study in the borough of Newham. The Crew website was developed through a series of creative sessions run by visual artist Helen Marshall with additional support from Barby Asante Architecture Crew Membership Officer, Joe Nuza Youth Worker, Emmanuel Quartey Parafio and Lanre Badmus Student Volunteers from the University of East London, and Crew members April, Barry, Beverly, Charisse, Ivandro, Jade, Kebba & Sausan.

' Are You Being Left Behind?' hosted by the Architecture Crew was a highly visible participatory arts & architecture showcase which gave other young people in the Borough the chance to try out for themselves some of the exciting activities the Crew are involved in. A workshop was run by Helen Marshall and Samuel Parkes through which this short video piece was produced with the participants.

Fundamental is an architecture and built environment education organisation based in the London borough of Newham.
